This page is dedicated to an idea originally by Deker Sivers. His ‘NowNowNow’-Project, in a nutshell, wants people to add a ‘Now’-page to their websites. In it, he suggested placing a short overview of what you’re life is like. Kind of like what you’d tell a friend if you hadn’t seen him for a year.

  • Student at Lambda School for their Full-Stack Web Development Program. The program is full-time, running from 09:00 to 18:00, five days a week. Learn more here and here.

  • Meeting new people through Twitter, Medium, Lambda School, the blogosphere, you name it. So if you’re reading this, hit me up at anthony@anthonyjcampbell.com!

  • Working part-time at a gym. A man’s gotta eat.

  • Getting back into the daily meditation habit. At one point, I had a 300+ day streak going on with the Calm app, but I dropped off it for some reason. Currently on day 2.

  • Getting stronger in the gym. Injuries and lack of motivation have seen my lifts decreasing by a good 25%. Using a very low-volume rep scheme of 6 sets of 3 for the three main lifts.

    • Bench Press: Currently doing 6x3 at 107.5 kg, goal set for 6x3 at 120 kg (265 lbs).

    • Squat: Doing a box squat to prevent agitating an old injury. Currently doing 6x3 at 140kg, goal set for 6x3 at 150 kg (305 lbs).

    • Deadlift: Doing a sumo deadlift without straps. Currently doing 6x3 at 145 kg, goal set for 6x3 at 160 kg.

  • Trying intermittent fasting on a 16/8 feeding-schedule. I usually eat dinner around six, which allows me to start eating around noon. Still somewhat torn on whether or not I like it.

  • Picking up a running habit, using the Nike Run Club app. It’s starting to pay off - just ran my first 5k a couple of weeks ago. I still hate running with a fervor.
